Terry Kemp is the founder and a Director of Facilitating People Ltd.

Terry has specialist competencies in managing stakeholder involvement and regeneration initiatives across urban rural, brown field and green-space environments. With many years experience in the public sector and voluntary sector management, fundraising and business planning activities he now is a Director of Facilitating People Ltd.

Originally from a banking background he moved into the inland waterway management during which time he managed waterway regeneration schemes and a variety of other waterway development initiatives. This required not only personnel and business skills but also the ability to work with a variety of clients from the public, private and voluntary sectors. He has first hand experience in staffing and management which includes training and development.
