Formally a Director of the Fieldfare Trust and established CEM in 2002 to promote Access for All and Inclusive Design in the countryside and heritage environments. Phil has an extensive background in equality and diversity training and have produced many successful HLF Access Plans and have contributed to key publications such as BT Countryside for All Standards and Guidelines –A good practice guide to disabled peoples access to the countryside and Access to Historic Landscapes (EH2005)
